Tasty Food at Besant Nagar

My roommate is a foodie and she had suggested few dishes to checkout at Besant Nagar . This blog is about the journey to Besant Nagar for sea food and Ice-cream. It was a Friday in June when my roommate returned all happy and excited having had a new sea food supposedly available only at Besant Nagar. She could not sleep at night and was googling to show me the image of it. It was way past 1 am and we were still searching for 'Lilly Poochi' it had been more than an hour .Finally we decided that google's database was missing something important. It had the taste of prawns enclosed within a crab shell . Finally through watsapp we found that the name was 'Elli Poochi' instead of Lilly Poochi.  'Elli Poochi' is the tamil name for Sand crab which is cooked and sold mostly at Besant Nagar beach.  She had also mentioned about a Thai plate ice-cream. Easy to do herbal hair Mask

  Herbal Hair Mask  This post is about the use of my ancestral technique to increase hair growth ,prevent hair fall and dandruff. This will not give immediate result but gradually you can see them. Things required:                           Onion – 1/2 (according to the hair length)                           Fenugreek seed- 2 spoon                           Gooseberry –  2                           Oil  - Coconut oil/Mustard oil/Almond Oil (2 spoon)                         The things to do before making the paste: 1.        Soak the fenugreek in water for a whole night 2.        Take required amount of onions and gooseberry based on your hair length and cut into small pieces for grinding. 3.        Oil (Coconut/Mustard/Almond oil) Now grind all the ingredients with water to make a paste. Delicious Dark chocolate

I like making chocolate and it is a stress buster for me . Here I will share my recipe and few images of my chocolate Things required: Cocoa powder – 50 gms which is available at any department store Powdered sugar – normal sugar powdered in mixer Dry fruits - Almonds 10-15 or anything of your choice Butter – 250 gms unsalted Milk powder – 200 gms and finely powdered in mixer Place the unsalted butter for about an hour to bring it to room temperature. Grind the coco powder, sugar and milk powder until it is smooth . Mix the above powder with butter at room temperature adding butter slowly. You can also add a little boiled milk around 2 table spoons. If your using milk you have to consume the entire chocolate within 2 days as it will spoil. Once you have mixed everything ensure it is still in a semi solid state and not watery. Taste the chocolate mixture and add sugar to your taste.
